Teams are encouraged to employ open-source tools and technologies to ideate, design and implement their solutions. Teams will also have access to cutting-edge HERE Location Platform accounts (for rapid design and development of location-based solutions) as well as data portals from the following collaborators:

• Detroit's Open-Data Portal from the City of Detroit
• Open-Data Portal from South-East Michigan Coalition of Governments (SEMCOG)
